Ground Ladder Testing Includes

  • 5-minute horizontal bend test

  • 1-minute hardware test

  • complete visual inspection

  • Full operational testing

  • Heat sensor replacement

  • Electronic inspection report immediately upon completion

Ground Ladder Repair & Service Includes

  • Rung replacement (Alco-Lite only)

  • Halyard replacement

  • Rivet and blind rivet replacement

  • Wax Application

  • Lubrication of hinge points

  • Label replacement (warning & length)

  • Rung protection installation

Welding for Duo-Safety ladders is no longer available.

Specialty items—including roof hooks, locks, ladder sections, plates, butt spurs, and caps—can be ordered and replaced as needed.

Time to Test

30-45 minutes for setup and approximately 15 minutes per ladder

Testing Location

Testing available anywhere electricity is accessible — a truck bay is preferred
