Website Use

The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and current, but service details, pricing, availability, product information, and policies may change without notice.

Use of this website does not create a service agreement, inspection agreement, or customer relationship until Precision Fire Services has confirmed the work, order, or scheduling in writing.

Quotes and Scheduling

Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary depending on apparatus type, equipment condition, location, travel requirements, access, scheduling needs, and other job-specific factors.

Submitting a quote request does not guarantee availability or confirm an appointment. Inspection and testing dates are not scheduled until confirmed by Precision Fire Services.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate department, apparatus, equipment, contact, and location information.

Inspection and Testing Services

Precision Fire Services performs inspection and testing services according to applicable NFPA standards, manufacturer specifications, and accepted industry procedures as they apply to the equipment being inspected.

The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the equipment, a suitable testing location, necessary personnel, and any required operating support.

Inspection results are based on the condition of the equipment at the time of inspection. A completed inspection report does not guarantee future performance, prevent future failure, or replace the department’s ongoing responsibility to inspect, maintain, and operate equipment safely.

Reports and Documentation

Inspection reports, test results, photographs, and related documentation are prepared for the customer’s records. Reports may include findings, deficiencies, recommendations, or other inspection-related information.

Precision Fire Services is not responsible for how a customer uses, distributes, interprets, or responds to inspection reports after delivery.

Repairs and Parts

Repair availability may vary depending on ladder manufacturer, parts availability, equipment condition, and the type of repair needed. Some specialty parts may need to be ordered before work can be completed.

Precision Fire Services may decline repair work if the repair cannot be performed safely, properly, or within the scope of services offered.

Product Sales

Products sold through this website, including ladder wax or other fire service-related products, are provided based on the product information available at the time of purchase.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their intended use. Product availability, pricing, shipping costs, and delivery times may change without notice.

Tax-Exempt Orders

Customers requesting tax-exempt purchases must provide valid tax-exempt documentation before the order is processed as tax exempt. If proper documentation is not provided, applicable sales tax may be charged.

Payments

Payment terms may vary depending on the type of service, product, customer, or quote. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due according to the invoice or order terms provided by Precision Fire Services.

Late payments, returned payments, or unpaid balances may delay future services, reports, orders, or scheduling.

Cancellations and Delays

Cancellations, weather delays, equipment issues, lack of site access, unavailable personnel, unsafe conditions, or other delays may affect scheduling and billing.

Precision Fire Services reserves the right to reschedule or stop work if conditions are unsafe, unsuitable, or prevent the work from being completed properly.

Limitation of Liability

Precision Fire Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from website use, inspection services, product purchases, scheduling delays, equipment condition, or use of inspection reports.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability is limited to the amount paid to Precision Fire Services for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

No Warranty Beyond Written Terms

Unless specifically stated in writing, Precision Fire Services makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding website information, inspection outcomes, product suitability, equipment condition, or future equipment performance.
